CAT65断路器分析仪和计时器简介：
CAT ***系列断路器分析仪和计时器是独立式或由 PC 控制的数字仪器，用于断路器状态评估。该系列能记录高压和中压断路器运动部件的分闸与合闸线圈电流图以及位移情况 。定时通道可记录电弧触头、电阻触头和辅助触头的闭合与断开情况，主触头通道还可测量预插入电阻（若断路器中存在）的电阻值 。此外，主触头定时通道能测量双侧接地（BSG）的空气绝缘变电站（AIS）断路器的主电弧触头操作时间。
CAT65断路器分析仪和计时器特点
电源输入：90 - 264V AC；50Hz - 60Hz。
PC 通信接口：USB 接口，用于与 PC 进行数据传输和控制。
闪存驱动器：可将测试结果直接下载到 USB 存储棒。
主触头输入：用于主触头和预插入电阻触头的定时测量，以及预插入电阻的电阻测量。
模拟通道输入：测量相关模拟信号的电压。

BSG（双端接地）
?BSG功能使安全和快速测试在高电压变电站的断路器，而不断开在断路器的两侧安全地连接。

***次跳闸测试
?“***次跳闸”是非常重要的分析断路器的线圈运行情况。
?断路器在其使用周期中，基本其大部分时间不会进行任何的操作。
?一旦保护继电器检测到问题时，断路器虽然已经无任何操作也许一年或***的时间，但这时需要尽可能快地动作。
?然而，如果断路器经常没有被操作或动作时，此时弹簧锁摩擦可能会增加。
关于弹簧锁摩擦或其他部件的信息，可从“***次”试验期间记录的线圈电流波形来获得。
静态/接触电阻测量
?内置微欧姆表通过自动调节测试坡度，生成一个真正的直流无纹波电流。
?电阻测量是用众所周知的开尔文的四点法。直流电流通过闭合断路器触点生成。电压降是通过测量断路器的端子之间得到。
?该电阻用欧姆定律R=U/I计算。
DRM（动态电阻测量）
?这种内置微欧姆表，也可以用于DRM动态电阻测量。
?在DRM测试时，通过注入电流流过断路器触头，并同时监测操作期间的整个断路器触点上的电压降。
